From the moment you hit “send” on the inquiry form to the sparkler exit on your wedding night, I am here to guide you through the entire wedding photography process. I’ve been blessed to capture over 100 wedding days and strive to make your day as stress-free as possible.

  • Get a feel for what package might fit your day the best and if there are any extras you would like to add on!

  • You can use any of the button links on this page to schedule a consultation call with me to go over any questions you have and to find the perfect package for your day. Not ready for a call yet? Just shoot me a message at reaganlynnphotography@gmail.com with any questions!

  • Once we settle on a package, I'll send a digital contract and invoice to get you officially booked! 25% of your total wedding package is due at the time of booking and before we can schedule your engagement shoot.

  • It’s time to talk wedding! You will receive my wedding day planning guide to begin hashing out all those little details for your day. I will also send you my availability for an engagement shoot so we can meet and get a feel for how working with me on your wedding day will go.

  • The most fun part - your wedding day! I'll start documenting your day right when I get there. You will get a small preview gallery and your full gallery will be delivered within 6 weeks.

WEDDING DAY PLANNING

After booking, you will receive a detailed wedding photography planner that offers vendor recommendations, example timelines, and general planning tips to prepare for your photos. You can also contact me anytime to ask questions relating to photography or general wedding planning!

Free engagement session

Full-day weddings include a free engagement session so we can meet and work together before your wedding day! This is a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera if you’ve never had photos taken together before. Engagement sessions are around 1 hour and include 1 location, 2 outfits, and 50+ edited images. Galleries are delivered within 4 weeks.

Second Photographer

Second photographers are included with full-day wedding packages so we can capture every angle of your day. These images are edited to match my style.

sneak peeks

I know you’re excited to see your photos and I’m excited to share them with you! For full-day wedding coverage, you’ll get a photo sneak peek within three days of your wedding so you can announce the big day!

6-8 Week gallery delivery

Your wedding photos will be delivered 6-8 weeks from your wedding date through an online gallery. You’ll have access to the gallery for one year and can download, share, and print your images from there.

print shop discounts

All wedding packages come with discounts that can be used in the gallery print shop to ensure you have access to a high-quality printer for your high-quality images.

Package 1

extended wedding coverage

$5,500

10-hours of coverage allows couples to have photos from the moment they start getting ready until the last guest leaves the reception. Use all the time to celebrate with family and friends, do something with just the two of you in the morning before you start getting ready, or drag your wedding party to the bars for an afterparty after the reception. Travel is included for locations within 70 miles of Muncie. You’ll receive a 30% print shop discount. This package comes with a second photographer for the entire wedding day and a free engagement session.

You can split this package into two days for an additional $575 (covers extra travel + accommodations for both photographers).

Package 2

Full-day WEDDING Coverage

$4,400

8-hour coverage is the most popular choice with couples for covering all aspects of your wedding day. Coverage starts with your final getting ready touches and usually ends mid-reception once all the reception events are finished. Travel is included for locations within 70 miles of Muncie. You’ll receive a 25% off print shop discount. This package comes with a second photographer for the entire wedding day and a free engagement session.

For bigger weddings with shorter days, this 6-hour coverage will capture your ceremony, family photos, couple portraits, and part of your reception. Travel is included for locations within 50 miles of Muncie. You will receive a 20% off print shop discount.

Package 4

Mini wedding & Extended Elopement coverage

$2,300

Some wedding days are short and sweet! This 4-hour coverage covers just the basics - usually including getting ready, ceremony, and couples portraits. This package is perfect for intimate weddings or elopements with a very small guest list. Travel costs are included for locations within 50 miles of Muncie. You will receive a 15% off print shop discount.

Package 5

Just the basics Elopement

$1,200

For couples who are just wanting their ceremony and photos together, this 2-hour package is for you! Coverage begins with a first look, your ceremony, photos with any guests present, and then photos of the two of you. Travel is included for locations within 50 miles of Muncie. You will receive a 10% off print shop discount.

Travel fees are included round-trip for your wedding day. Additional mileage is $1.00/mile after the included distance. Please inquire for out-of-state wedding pricing.

Boudoir - $850

  • Boudoir sessions can make a great gift for your partner on your wedding day or anniversary (or even just a fun way to celebrate and love yourself!). These sessions are for any gender and can also be booked as an individual or couples session. You make this session what you want - pick out your favorite lingerie set or cozy outfit and come ready to show off what makes you YOU!

  • Boudoir sessions include a 1.5 hour shoot at a private fully furnished studio (studio rental included in price). You can bring 2-3 different outfits. All images are edited and provided through a password protected gallery. Photo albums may be purchased for an additional fee.

Engagement - $550

  • Engagement sessions are a great way for you and your partner to get comfortable in front of the camera before your wedding day and celebrate this time of just being engaged! It also gives you the opportunity to incorporate things that the two of you love that won’t be mixed into your wedding day like going to your favorite bar, cooking your favorite meal together, exploring a new place, or trying a new hobby. The possibilities are endless!

  • Engagement sessions include a 1 hour shoot with 2 outfit changes and 1 locations. Travel for up to 50 miles from Indianapolis is included in the session price. Permits for locations are not included.

  • Absolutely! All my packages can be customized to fit your wedding day coverage time. You can also opt out of having a second photographer if you are looking to save a little on your wedding photography package. Second shooters are paid $50/hr.

  • The pricing you see in the pricing guide is the price you will pay! Depending on where you want photos taken for your engagement session or wedding day, you may be required to purchase a photo permit or have additional travel fees which will be added to your invoice. You do not have to pay any sales tax.

  • Yes! I automatically set your invoice for 4 equal payments. We can adjust the amount + number of payments to work within your budget. Your total balance just has to be paid in full a month before your wedding date.

  • An engagement session includes a 1-1.5 hour shoot with 2 outfits. We can travel to 1-2 close locations within 40 miles of Indianapolis.

  • Absolutely! If you’re booking an 8+ hour package, your engagement session is still free but you will need to pay for travel. Travel fees will range from $500-$1000 depending on location.

  • Of course! I will usually send a full gallery link of a wedding I’ve photographed at your venue or one with a similar location style so you can envision what your day will look like! You may also look through any of the galleries linked on this page.
